Anchored Development Co. is an independent software studio, founded in 2026 by a Grade 6 teacher in Bedford, Nova Scotia. It builds, runs, and slowly grows a handful of products built to be used, not sold.

There's no startup pitch here, no venture backing, no team of investors to answer to — just one person building software nights and summers, the way a well-built boat outlasts the weather it was launched in.

The portfolio spans EdTech, music education, consumer utilities, and household tools. Each product is independent, profitable on its own terms, and built to be maintained for a decade — not flipped in eighteen months.
